 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Vancouver New Fence through a Facebook Marketplace listings so I was skeptical of working with them. I found their responsiveness and communication excellent when I was asking questions. After they had someone come do measurements and provide me with an accurate quote, they never pressured me or pushed me into the sale. I reached out a month or so later to move forward with the work and they were still interested and able to complete my fence. I'm quite happy with the final product in regards to the fence. I shopped around with various vendors for WPC panels and other materials, I found their value to cost was the best. 2 months after they installed my fence I had a problem with my gate and reached out, the next day someone came and resolved the issue for me; so I was quite pleased with them standing by their work. A few things to note: - I wanted to save as much money as possible so didn't pay for the dirt removal from the old posts, this is probable useful since if you're replacing gates there likely is concrete that will be removed I would highly recommend using them!

We had a wood fence replaced around a sliding gate and the job was to remove fence, dispose of it, install new WPC fence and manage the existing  electrical gate mounting attached to the fence/gate. Everything was very professionally managed and as they stated. The work was completed well and Chong was very good and hardworking at accommodating our needs while he put together the fence with the existing electrical wiring and mounting. The neighbors were also quite impressed with the quality and style of the fence. Highly recommend.
